2. Principle
We collect as little data as possible. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. A contact form is available for getting in touch (see point 6).
3. Server log files
When you visit the site, our host (All-Inkl, Germany) automatically stores technical access data (shortened IP address, date/time, file accessed, browser type). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, fault-free operation). Stored only as long as necessary.
4. Fonts
The fonts used (Cormorant Garamond, Inter) are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google servers and no IP address is transmitted to Google.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection at any time, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Contact form & email
If you contact us via the form or by email at hello@rabbit-marketing.com, we process your details (name, email, message and any further voluntary information) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). We do not share them and delete them once the inquiry is resolved.
7. Help assistant & stored questions
Our website assistant (“Rabbit”) answers common questions directly in your browser from a pre-prepared knowledge base. No data is transmitted to third parties or to the USA, and your input is not processed by any AI. If the assistant cannot answer a question, we store the entered question text together with the language and the time on our server in order to improve our answers. We do not store any IP address and set no cookies; there is no attribution to you as a person. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not enter sensitive data (e.g. health or payment data).
